Dog shipping crates
*Due to our recent move to Colorado we are still trying to get introduced to the local airport and find out their pet shipping requirements. If you have any questions please call the airlines first, if you find out you require a reinforced wooden crate then please give us a call & we'd be happy to help.
We do not deliver dog & crate for drop off, owner must be present!
These reinforced wooden crates are specifically made for airline shipment of dogs from Oahu. We work very closely with United Pet Safe to make sure our crates meet their standards so your dogs arrive safely at their destination.
Each crate is made to fit your dogs unique measurements so they can have the best fit. When placing an order, please have these measurements ready:
Height: From top of head or ears (whichever is highest) to floor
Width: Shoulder to shoulder
Length: From tip of nose to butt (do not include tail)
Laying Down: From tip of paws to butt (unless dog lays comfortably in a curled ball positon)
Keep in mind, snub nosed breeds require a crate one size larger for adequate breathing room.
American Bulldog
Boston Terrier
Boxer
Brussels Griffon
Bull Terrier
Dutch Pug
English Toy Spaniel
Japanese Chin
Japanese Pug
King Charles Spaniel
Lhasa Apso
Shar-Pei
Shih Tzu
Dog breeds that may require a reinforced crate:
American Bully
American Staffordshire Terriers
Ca de Bou (or Perro de Presa Mallorquin)
Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff)
Dogo Argentino
Fila Brasileiro
Perro de Presa Canario
Pit Bull Terriers
Tosa (or Tosa Ken)
United Pet Safe desk: 1-800-575-3335 or 1-832-235-1541
These crates are not treated for wet weather, if exposed to water they will grow black mold and the metal will rust. Please do not leave these outside or set them on wet concrete or grass for extended periods of time. Also if your dog likes to chew, do not leave them unsupervised outside of the crate or they may chew the edges of the doors & frame. These can result in costly repairs before your dog flies.
